Previously,
communication from each court was done separately in each state through court
officers, registered letters with return receipt requested, and even email and
WhatsApp.
Now this will be
unified, saving time and money and optimizing the location of these registered
individuals.
How it will work:
1- The registered
user will have a virtual judicial address for receiving summonses, subpoenas,
and other communications from all courts in Brazil;
2- Through the
platform, the user can consult and acknowledge receipt of communications
without needing to access each court individually, all through access to the
(DJE);
3- The DJE allows
the linking of email alerts for deadline control, as well as the linking of
proprietary systems for monitoring procedural communications.
But be aware!
Companies that
have not voluntarily registered are already being compulsorily registered, and
failure to adhere will result in penalties and risks of missing procedural
deadlines.
Avoid hassles,
register yourself and your company in the DJE (Electronic Judicial Domicile)
and stay updated with judicial communications!
